How do I sign in?
If you don't have a Dovetail Support account, please sign up for an account here.
If you have a Dovetail Support account you can sign in by using the link in the top right.
Please Note: You cannot sign in to Dovetail Support with your Dovetail Live account.
If you can't log in, please select "Forgot Password" and reset your password.

If you've sent us a ticket, but you have yet to create a password, select "Request Password".
How do I submit a ticket?
Step 1
Whether you are signed in or not, you can create a new ticket by selecting the Submit a Request link in the top right.
Alternatively, you can use the Help widget to ask questions and get in touch.
Step 2
Next, select a form that best matches your query.
- Dovetail Games Support - If you have a question about our games.
- Dovetail Live Support - If you have a question about Mastery Challenges, or account management.
- Product Key Claims - If you are claiming a promotional key to access content you already own.
Step 3
Fill out the web form with specific information and examples that will help us better understand your query. Check out the suggested articles, as you may find the answer you've been looking for without the need for a ticket.
Step 4
If this is your first time submitting a request, you will need to verify your email address to help us reduce spam and malicious activity. To do, simply check your inbox for our email and click on the link provided to verify your email address. Only after doing this will your request be submitted to the support team.
How do I respond to an open ticket?
You can find open tickets when signed into https://support.dovetailgames.com by clicking on your username and selecting REQUESTS.

You can filter OPEN tickets using the STATUS menu on the right.

After selecting the OPEN ticket, click on ADD TO CONVERSATION, fill out your reply and click on SUBMIT
