What is the Formation Designer?
Create your own consists by combining locos and rolling stock. These formations can then be used in the Scenario Planner and Free Roam.
How do I access the Formation Designer?
- Select (Main Menu > Creators Club > Formation Designer)
How do I create a Formation?
Open the Formation Designer menu.
Select Add New.
Enter a Name and Description for this Formation.
Click on Formation Designer, then...
Add Custom - Start with custom formation you created earlier.
Add Official - Start with a train or formation from your collection.
Then, you can if you click on an item in the Formation List, you will get a few more options.
Duplicate - Copy the selected item
Swap - Swap this item for something different
Order - Change the order of this item in the Formation
Delete - Remove this item
Options - Flip Formation - Change the orientation of this item (Forwards/Backwards)
Lastly, save your formation for use in Scenario Planner, and Free Roam.
Basic Controls
